1. Day 1

   Welcome to Panama: First Impressions of Panama City

   
   

   Your Panama Coastal Living Discovery begins with a private airport pickup and an introduction to Panama City. After checking in at the hotel and having time to settle in, we’ll enjoy lunch before beginning our first exploration of the city.

   During the afternoon, we’ll visit Casco Viejo, Costa del Este and Santa María, three very different areas that provide an excellent first look at the range of lifestyles and residential options available in Panama City.

   Along the way, we’ll explore selected real estate opportunities and discuss what everyday life is like in each area, including access to healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, recreation and other essential services. The objective is not only to see properties, but to begin understanding how each neighborhood could fit your lifestyle.

   We’ll finish the day with dinner and an opportunity to discuss your first impressions of Panama.

   Please note: This Day 1 itinerary is based on an airport pickup at approximately 10:30 AM. The schedule will be adjusted according to the visitor’s actual flight arrival time, immigration and baggage collection.

2. Day 2

   Discovering Bocas del Toro: Caribbean Island Living

   

   After breakfast, we’ll head to the airport for our domestic flight to Bocas del Toro, beginning the Caribbean portion of your Panama Coastal Living Discovery.

   Upon arrival, we’ll settle in and enjoy lunch before spending the afternoon exploring Bocas del Toro from the perspective of a future resident rather than simply a visitor.

   We’ll visit selected residential areas and real estate opportunities while getting a practical understanding of everyday life in Bocas. Along the way, we’ll look at access to healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, local services and other essential infrastructure.

   We’ll also discuss the realities of island living, including connectivity, mobility, access to services, property options and how daily life in Bocas compares with Panama City and the Pacific Coast communities we will visit later in the journey.

   The afternoon will include selected property visits and time to experience the atmosphere of Bocas before finishing the day with dinner.

3. Day 3

   Bocas del Toro: Lifestyle, Real Estate & Return to Panama City

   

   We’ll begin the day with breakfast before continuing our exploration of Bocas del Toro, focusing on what everyday life could actually look like for someone considering living, investing or spending extended periods in the area.

   During the morning, we’ll continue discovering Bocas beyond the tourist experience, looking at local neighborhoods, services, transportation, community life and the practical infrastructure available to residents.

   After lunch, we’ll dedicate additional time to real estate exploration and selected property viewings, allowing us to compare different locations, property types and opportunities within Bocas del Toro.

   Throughout the day, we’ll continue evaluating the factors that matter for day-to-day living, including healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, connectivity, transportation and access to essential services.

   Later in the afternoon, we’ll depart Bocas del Toro and fly back to Panama City. Upon arrival, we’ll return to the hotel and finish the day with dinner.

4. Day 4

   Panama City Discovery & Journey to Pedasí

   
   

   We’ll begin the morning with breakfast before continuing our Panama City Discovery, using the final hours in the city to explore selected residential areas, lifestyle options and real estate opportunities based on your interests and the areas that are most relevant at the time of your visit.

   The morning will be focused on understanding what everyday life in Panama City could look like, including access to healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, recreation and other essential services, together with selected property viewings where appropriate.

   After lunch, we’ll head to the airport for our domestic flight to Pedasí, marking the beginning of the Pacific and Azuero portion of the journey.

   Upon arrival, we’ll collect our rental vehicle, transfer to the hotel and settle in before dinner.

   This day creates a natural transition from Panama City’s urban lifestyle to the smaller coastal communities we’ll explore over the following days.

5. Day 5

   Pedasí to Playa Venao: Coastal Living Discovery

   
   

   We’ll begin the day with breakfast before exploring Pedasí from the perspective of everyday life, starting with the beach area and continuing through the town itself.

   During the morning, we’ll drive around Pedasí to get a better understanding of the community, its residential areas and the services available to residents. We’ll look at healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, local amenities and everyday infrastructure.

   As part of the exploration, we’ll also visit selected properties in the area, giving you the opportunity to compare different residential options, locations and price points in Pedasí and the surrounding communities.

   We’ll then continue toward Punta Franca, where we’ll explore additional real estate opportunities and compare the lifestyle and residential environment with Pedasí.

   After lunch, we’ll drive toward Playa Venao, enjoying the transition from Pedasí’s small-town atmosphere to one of Panama’s most distinctive Pacific beach communities.

   Upon arrival in Playa Venao, we’ll check into the hotel and continue with selected property viewings and lifestyle exploration before having some time to relax and enjoy the beach.

   The day will finish with dinner in Playa Venao.

6. Day 6

   Playa Venao, Cañas & Cambutal: Pacific Coast Discovery

   
   

   We’ll begin the day with breakfast before continuing our exploration of Playa Venao, focusing on its residential developments, lifestyle and the practical services available to people considering living or investing in the area.

   During the morning, we’ll visit selected real estate projects and properties in Playa Venao, while also looking at everyday essentials such as healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, transportation, connectivity and local services.

   We’ll then continue to Cañas, where we’ll explore the community, surrounding residential areas and additional real estate opportunities. This will give you the opportunity to compare Cañas with Playa Venao in terms of lifestyle, property options, infrastructure and convenience.

   After lunch in Cañas, we’ll continue south toward Cambutal, another Pacific coastal community with a very different atmosphere and pace of life. We’ll spend time exploring the area, its residential environment, local services and selected property opportunities where available.

   By the end of the day, you’ll have experienced and compared three different Pacific Coast lifestyles — Playa Venao, Cañas and Cambutal — before returning to Playa Venao for the evening.

7. Day 7

   Playa Venao: Relax, Surf & Wellness

   

   After several days of exploration, Day 7 is intentionally designed at a slower pace, giving you time to enjoy Playa Venao and experience the community without a packed schedule.

   After breakfast, you can spend the morning relaxing by the beach or pool, walking around Playa Venao, visiting cafés and restaurants, or simply enjoying the atmosphere at your own pace.

   The day can also include optional lifestyle activities such as a one-hour surf session and a one-hour yoga session, either in the morning or around sunset, depending on availability and your preference.

   This is a chance to experience Playa Venao not only as a place to visit, but as a place where you could potentially spend part of your life — enjoying the ocean, wellness activities, local cafés, the community and the slower rhythm of a beach town.

   The rest of the day remains flexible, with time to revisit areas that caught your attention or simply relax before continuing the journey.

   We’ll finish the day with dinner in Playa Venao.

8. Day 8

   Pacific Coast Discovery: Playa Caracol, Gorgona, Coronado & Buenaventura

   
   

   After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey back toward Panama City and then continue to the Pacific Coast communities located within convenient reach of the capital.

   This day is designed to compare several of the most relevant beach and residential areas along Panama’s Pacific Coast, including Playa Caracol, Gorgona, Coronado and Buenaventura.

   Throughout the day, we’ll explore the different character of each community, its residential environment and selected real estate opportunities and properties currently available in the area.

   We’ll also look beyond the properties themselves and evaluate what everyday life could be like in each location, including access to hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, transportation, recreational facilities and other essential services.

   The objective is to understand how these communities differ in terms of lifestyle, convenience, infrastructure, property options and proximity to Panama City, helping you identify which environment may be the best fit for your priorities.

   We’ll have a flexible lunch along the route and continue exploring the Pacific Coast during the afternoon.

   At the end of the day, we’ll check into our hotel in San Carlos, allowing us to remain on the Pacific Coast rather than making an unnecessary return to Panama City. We’ll finish the day with dinner and some time to relax.

   We’ll begin the day with breakfast before continuing our exploration of Coronado, one of the most established residential and beach communities on Panama’s Pacific Coast.

   During the morning, we’ll visit selected real estate opportunities and properties in Coronado, while also continuing to evaluate the practical aspects of everyday life in the area, including healthcare, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, recreation and access to essential services.

   We’ll then continue to Buenaventura, where we’ll explore its residential environment, lifestyle and selected property opportunities. This will give you the opportunity to compare two very different Pacific Coast communities in terms of atmosphere, amenities, property options and overall lifestyle.

   We’ll have lunch in Buenaventura before beginning the drive back to Panama City.

   After arriving in the city, we’ll return to the hotel and have time to relax before enjoying our final dinner together, giving us an opportunity to review the journey, compare the different locations visited and discuss which areas stood out most to you.

10. Day 10

    Departure Day: Farewell Panama

    

    Your final morning in Panama is intentionally kept relaxed, giving you time to prepare for your departure without a rushed schedule.

    Depending on your flight time, you may enjoy breakfast at the hotel or pick something up before leaving for the airport.

    At the agreed pickup time, we’ll collect you from the hotel and transfer you to the airport with sufficient time for check-in, security and departure procedures.

    This marks the end of your Panama Coastal Living Discovery after exploring Panama City, Bocas del Toro, the Azuero Peninsula and several Pacific Coast communities.

    By the end of the journey, you’ll have experienced a wide range of lifestyles, residential areas and real estate opportunities, giving you a much clearer understanding of which parts of Panama may best match your priorities.
