    A PURPOSEFUL EXIT

Your business deserves more than a listing.

A transaction begins with understanding your goals, preparing the information and identifying the right buyer profile.

    An exit shaped around you

A full sale, a gradual transition or preparation for a future exit. First, define what you want to achieve and which terms matter.

    Confidentiality from day one

Your enquiry does not publish your business. We agree what may be shared, with whom and at which stage.

    An international perspective

We connect business objectives with the investment, real estate and relocation context of Vamos Overseas.

    A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

From a first conversation to a considered transition.

The scope of support, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing before an engagement begins.

    1. Understand your objectives

Review location, sector, price expectations and timing. Establish whether there is a fit.

    2. Prepare and position

Organize financial and operational information; agree value expectations and presentation materials.

    3. Introduce discreetly

Define an anonymous profile and buyer search strategy. Screen interest and agree an NDA before sensitive disclosure.

    4. Evaluate proposals

Compare price, terms, buyer capacity and transition commitments; work towards a letter of intent.

    5. Coordinate diligence and closing

Work with the transaction’s legal and accounting advisers through due diligence, the purchase agreement and handover.

    YOU STAY IN CONTROL

A staged process protects your business identity and avoids sharing documentation too early.

    OWNER QUESTIONS

Before you take the next step.

    Which businesses do you consider?

We focus on operating businesses with expected sale values from US$1 million. We review activity, documentation, country and objectives before accepting an engagement. The threshold refers to sale value, not revenue.

How is the value of my business determined?

A review considers results, cash flow, assets, debt, owner dependence, revenue quality and available market comparisons. The initial assessment identifies next steps; it is not a certified valuation or a price commitment.

Will submitting this form publish my business?

No. An enquiry starts a private conversation. Representation, public materials and disclosures are agreed separately with the owner.

What does it cost and how long does a sale take?

Fees, expenses and terms are agreed in writing according to the engagement. Timing depends on readiness, price, sector, buyer and transaction diligence; we do not guarantee a closing date.

Can I prepare before deciding to sell?

Yes. Tell us you are exploring options. We can discuss preparation, documentation, team continuity and the timing of a future exit.

Does buying a business grant residency?

Not automatically. A business acquisition and a residency application are separate processes. Eligibility requires an independent review with local professionals.
